Why are these homes selling? Having Trouble Selling Your Home???
Hi I am Jeff Cameron with The Cameron Team at Keller Williams Integrity First. Are you or anyone you know, absolutely sick and tired of having your home on the market month after month after month and its not sold. You are probably thinking maybe this just isn’t the time, maybe we should wait, maybe its not possible to sell our home, its a horrible market or there are too many foreclosure homes. If that is how you are feeling right now, I have something I want to show you.
17484 N. 94th Place in DC Ranch, this home was listed by Realty Executives for 192 days and no sale, We listed it and sold it in less than 2 weeks, for what the seller was asking!
Here is another in DC Ranch, 18407 N. 94th Way, previously listed by Realty Executives for 66 days, and no sale. Again, we sold it for over full price in less than a month.
How about Grayhawk, 19550 N. Grayhawk #1048 was listed by Dan Schwartz Realty for 273 days then expired. We sold it in 23 days and for 98% of list price.
Also in Grayhawk 20750 n. 87th St #1075. We sold this one in a week and though we had another offer near full price, the seller went with a cash offer a little lower.
23562 N. 77th Street in La Vista, listed by West USA for 272 days, no sale. We listed it and sold the home in 16 days.

Lastly we sold 3404 E. Topeka 3 times before it went through, we fought with appraisers and it appraised from $275 to $300 and we sold the home for $312,500.
Our average time on the market for 2009 is 60 days and half of our listings sold in 21 days or less and many for full price. Did you know the current supply of listings average 129 days on the market. Also, we are selling our listings 4% higher than our competition.
