I Didn't bother reading the link you shared (sorry sweetheart)
Maybe I should be more Concerned with "Politics", but I have learned that
"No matter Who or why we back or vote for someone,
They WILL let us down in one way or another.

I was glad that Obama won, but only because I didn't want what Bush had started to continue.
(like "McBane" did seem to plane on doing,
PLUS..I never did get a good Vibe from that guy)

I'm nether Democrat nor Republican, maybe because I personally feel its wrong to take one side over Another, simply because one party Might offer "US" something that the other doesn't,
When We (All Mature Adults) Should know by now that None of them
Can Do Everything that they say they will.
(were lucky if they can even do just a few things that they propose to do)

I Agree with you that Obama does indeed appear to have a upper hand
when it comes to the Media, but that's because He has gone on programs
(News or Talk shows) that other Presidents never did.
He has got himself out there to the common public which makes him "Appear"
like a Normal guy as well as Appeal to the " Average Joe ", which was His Goal.

You may Indeed be right that the U.S. might need another "Civil War"
(for lack of a better term)
but If that was to happen, it would probably lead to the End of the U.S.
being what it has come to be. (maybe Not a Bad thing)

I think the United States should be just that, Let the People be the True ones to decide what happens here.
If WE Don't like what our countries leader is/has done (after a year or two)
then we should be able to throw him out of office and be able to Elect another that wishes to lead us.
(Much Like Canada does, if their leader doesn't do what was expected of them they can kick them out and start over even if they haven't served a full term yet)

The United States Is Supposed to be the "Free Country" and "We the People"
have the power & our say about things, but that's not really the truth.

**Sorry I got a bit off topic with your question here
My dear Joan, But I Do" Feel You",
and only wish "WE" had more power as Americans.**
References :
the article is newsworthy because it points out that the Republican's opposition to healthcare reform is inconsistent with their previous positions. If you read it more carefully, even Republicans Voinovich and Snowe concede that inconsistency.
then you say you want to start shooting or stabbling people because you don't like Obama? Hmm. Sorry but that doesn't help your credibility much.
