You need to go to those offices and interview them! Only the brokers/managers can tell you what the splits are and what they can offer you, which is always negotiable. I work for Remax. Not in your area, though. I love it. Has a 95% commision split if you are willing to pay a set monthly desk fee and for all your own advertisings.

You should focus more on individual agents rather than companies. Every company has nearly the same run of agents. Look for a knowledable, experienced agent.
