I’ve seen nothing but lie after lie upon lies heaped onto mountains of lies from my government for as long as I can remember, and for at least 75 years of the history I’ve learned from before I was born.
I feel personally insulted that my government and media think I’m so stupid as to believe all these ridiculous stories. Day after day their reality unravels all around them, and they keep expecting us to play the game with them. It’s disgusting. Practically the entire Bush administration would be behind bars if they weren’t able to use the Executive branch of government to do anything and everything they want. And Congress appears to either have been bought off or scared into submission long ago.
They act like the American People are subjects to some imaginary throne. That they somehow have the power to grant or deny Rights as they wish. They pretend that the Constitution’s sole purpose is to limit the rights of the People rather than the limits to their own authority. There is going to come a day when we will need to disavow our ties with them since they no longer abide by the rules set before them.
Anyway, anyone who has paid attention over the past 7 years knows fully well that the purpose of the anthrax letters was to discourage media and government from speaking negatively about the PATRIOT Act, which the Bush administration was pushing through Congress at the time. It’s not exactly a stretch to think that maybe, just maybe, someone from Team Bush/Cheney went over to that lab at Ft. Detrick and either forced Ivans to supply the anthrax or just used the access that they obviously have (as being an Executive branch with no real regard for law or limits to authority) to get what they needed. They already tried to frame Stephen Hatfill for it & when that didn’t stick they needed a new patsy. And oops, he just happens to get suicided, so now the government and media can say *whatever* they want about him and he’s not around to defend himself. OMG, how many times have we seen this movie?
Now here’s something interesting. For some reason, they were onto this Ivans guy years ago. And yet, for all this time he was still allowed to work in that bioweapons research lab. No one find that funny? Anyone? Anyone? I mean, we just convicted bin Laden’s driver today, and he didn’t even kill anyone. We throw Muslims into Guantanamo whether we really have any evidence or not. Come to think of it, I do recall our government insisting that those anthrax letters were sent by the Muslims terrorists who were behind 9/11. But no, the FBI says it was Ivans, and he acted alone. Ok, well then why would you have left a known terrorist free, and with access to all kinds of *actual* weapons of mass destruction?
Do they really expect us to believe this nonsense?

Yeah, duh, a KNOWN TERRORIST according to the FBI. So why did the FBI wait until the guy was DEAD to let the world know about him? And why was he allowed to continue working in a BIOWEAPONS RESEARCH LAB? Do you people use your brains at all?
Don’t be too concerned with posters accusing you of "wearing a tin foil hat." People who respond like that are either low-paid government workers on contract from some two-bit CIA front operation, who don’t even have a clue about why they are being paid $4.25 an hour to post such attack messages, or they are simply stupid people who blindly swallow and accept whatever ridiculous lies that some so-called "authority" figure tells them.
There are plenty of Americans who are very skeptical about 911 and the anthrax story. Of course any thinking person quickly figured out that the anthrax could not have come from some foreign source like the CIA and the media wanted the public to believe. And most thinking people also quickly realized that there was a strong connection between the fear created by the anthrax scare in the wake of 911 and the speedy passage of the so-called "Patriot Act."
I once met one of the authors of the "Patriot Act," who was participating in a debate about civil liberties. One of the people in the audience asked him a very important question: "How long were you working on writing your section of the Patriot Act, as it could not have possibly been written in such short time after 911 happened?"
The Patriot Act lawyer danced around the question, but never gave an answer. So I asked him the question again: "It seems that you still haven’t answered an earlier question: when did you first start writing the Patriot Act?" Again, he failed to answer the question.
The reason the lawyer dodged the question repeatedly was because the Patriot Act was obviously written LONG BEFORE 911 and the Anthax scare. The shadow government was obviously waiting for just the right opportunity to introduce it.
On the anthrax scare itself, the most obvious thing that any thinking person would recognize is that nearly all of the victims are people that Bush would have liked to get rid of. None of them could be people on an "enemy list" from some so-called terrorist organization overseas.
And I’m sure that I’m not the only person who wondered what Ivins’ handwriting looked like, having seen samples of the handwriting on letters and envelopes that one of the real insider-terrorist operators prepared. There surely must of been many samples of Ivins’ REAL handwriting available?
Thinking people were not surprised at all that the so-called government "investigators" would NOT produce a SINGLE sample of Ivins’ real handwriting. And the obvious reason for that, I’m sure, is that it looks NOTHING like the handwriting on those letters and envelopes we’ve seen that were sent to liberal members of Congress and to the photo-journalist Bob Stevens, who published a picture of Bush’s drunk daughter Jenna humping another drunk female student in a tabloid publication. (Stevens was the first victim of the anthrax attacks.) Just exactly the person that bin Laden or Ivins would pick, right?

As for the posters who "believe" the government’s story, I would suggest that you ask for a 50 cents an hour raise for posting about your "trust" in the government’s lies, or if you are merely genuinely stupid, perhaps you could read just a little bit before posting your silly diatribes.

Heh. You make good points. But consider how already mildly crazy a person has to be to want to devote his life to researching how to most efficiently kill people – or to even join the military AT ALL, knowing he will kill and be killed and witness horrific things. It’s _Catch-22_. Great movie, BTW.

I watched the presentation by the authorities today and there was not one news person who actually asked a question hinting conspiracy.
The script was Ivans but not conclusive the envelopes came from his post office and he was traced to new jersey at the right times . however I agree it is not enough to completely rule out homicide made to look like suicide for political reason. case closed .He did fit into a typical type for being chosen as a dupe but it won’t go any farther than the FBI say so.
