Seriously, I just decided to check out Phenomenom and AGAIN there is some guy I have never seen before with a British accent as the host. Do network executives think the American public have more respect for someone with an accent? Do they think we will be more likely to watch? I feel the opposite. I am not a big fan of reality TV anyway but this approach really puts me off. Am I the only one who feels this way?
I personally find this practice insulting.
Yep I can tell you, because American Idol is the most highly rated Reality Show, so everyone is trying to find someone that’s just like Simon.

That’s an excellent question! I didn’t even realize that it’s true until I read this! lol, but it is, isn’t it? I haven’t seen Phenomenon yet, but have it recorded. Can’t wait to sit and laugh now!
